Feasibility of incorporating two section ratings into the performance document.
Hi Team,
I need to set up a performance document that includes two sections: one for goals and another for an overall summary.
The client is now asking for the implementation of two rating models: a manager rating and a manager VP% rating, which should be displayed alongside each goal and be interdependent. For instance, if a manager assigns a rating of 3 in the manager rating field, the manager VP% should automatically populate with a value between 80-90%. This field will only be accessible to managers during the evaluation process, and once the document is finalized, the shared ratings will be visible to the employee. Please confirm if this requirement can be implemented.
