Redwood-Search option is missing in global search

Hi team,

Search option(box) is getting vanished on global search screen in redwood UI.

In global search screen if we click on "Edit" action of any record and cancel , in upcoming screen search box is getting vanished.

Could you please help us to resolve this issue.

Steps to replicate the issue:-

Global seach—→Click on edit action of record—> click on cancel button on edit page—> on search screen search option is missing.
