Upload goal completion percentage via HDL and overall summary not updated

Hi community,

I uploaded the completion percentage of the group objective through HDL, and I am able to do so only in the Manager Evaluation task since otherwise the Goals appear Frozen and the HDL does not upload any value. So from the calibration task I massively moved back to the manager evaluation task, but the overall summary section is updated only if the manager clicks submit again and here's the problem: I have to massively move all performance documents from the manager evaluation task to the share performance task without the manager to click submit (since he has already done that
