Requisition View PDF not showing the custom template

Hi,

We received an email from Oracle stating that action is required for customers using a custom template for the "View Requisition PDF". Since we are currently using a customized template for the Requisition PDF, we have opted to implement the feature "Configure the Purchase Requisition PDF Using the Extensible Oracle Analytics Publisher Data Model". We made the required changes as outlined in the provided screenshots. However after making all the changes, when we click on "View PDF" for requisitions, the system is displaying the standard Oracle-seeded report instead of our custom template. Please assist us in configuring the system to display the custom template when viewing the PDF.
