Does anyone know if is possible to load all the knowledge content wihout filtering?
Summary:
We have most of the population (3.000 employees) that doesn´t know if the knowledge for their questions are or not created, because most of them doesn´t now sometimes how to filter right.
This issue has cause several duplicated items or several SERVICE REQUESTS on HELP DESK, that could be easily solved with the accurate filtering under "My Knowledge", so we we´re thinking with the client on several options to give easily friendly options to find the desire content.
One of that options is to load all the content under "My Knowledge" once we enter "My Knowledge" page, wihout filtering, and the we can scroll down looking for the desire item.
