Redwood Journey not working

Even after enabling redwood for Journey for one of the customers, we are not able to see below mentioned features.
1.Redwood Experience for Journey Integrations
2.Redwood Experience for Journey Scheduled Allocations
3.Redwood Experience for Journey Configurations

We have followed below links for checking and have performed steps from below all links..
