Completed Journey still shows as 'Open'
Summary:
We had a scenario in the PRODUCTION instance where the tasks in a Journey were completed but the Journey is still in the 'Open' status and not moving to 'Completed'. Ran a report and could see that there are multiple Journeys in 'Open' state although all the tasks are completed within the Journey.

Noticed this issue to be occurring for Enterprise Onboarding checklists and was able to see the issue in the TEST instance as well.
