What happens to a task if a performer and/or owner is not found

Summary:

I have a number of questions about the expected behaviour when a task is allocated but no record is found for the performer and/or owner:

  1. In the event that a performer or owner is missing when a task is allocated, what happens to that task?
  2. We have a number of tasks that are due to go to an area of responsibility, what happens if a department does not have an area of responsibility allocated when the task is assigned? Will it go to the owner?
  3. If the performer and owner are both the AOR, what happens then?
  4. If the performer is the Line Manager but no Line Manager is present at the time of allocation what happens?

Howdy, Stranger!
