What happens to a task if a performer and/or owner is not found
Summary:
I have a number of questions about the expected behaviour when a task is allocated but no record is found for the performer and/or owner:
- In the event that a performer or owner is missing when a task is allocated, what happens to that task?
- We have a number of tasks that are due to go to an area of responsibility, what happens if a department does not have an area of responsibility allocated when the task is assigned? Will it go to the owner?
- If the performer and owner are both the AOR, what happens then?
- If the performer is the Line Manager but no Line Manager is present at the time of allocation what happens?
