Redwood: How to rename Self-Service Enrollment quick action under Me > Quick Actions > Show More > Benefits?

I tried to achieve this via Structure personalization, but Self-Service Enrollment link is not visible in Structure under Me > Quick Actions > Benefits

This is not getting achieved via User Interface Text as well
