While submitting the 'Create Customer Statement' job, the 'Create subprocess errors

in Receivables & Collections

Submitted Create Customer Statement with Below parameters:
Transaction Business Unit- <BU>
Generate Bill- <Print Statements>
Bucket- <Statement>
Cycle- <Monthly>
Statement Date-<30-NOV-2024>
As off Date- <30-NOV-2024>

After submission child request subprocess job erros. There is no error as such provided in the log. due to this statement log other child request also fails. and finally create customer statement parent program gives warning. However none of the logs are providing any error. due to this statement cycle does not print the date. although all the statements get generated. has anyone encountered this issue? any resolution?
