HSA Plan Setup

Hello Team,

Employee contribution for HSA is $3,550 and Employer contribution is $750. Employee gets an opportunity to enter the employee contribution. How to setup the rates and coverage for Employee & Employer contribution? Coverage should not exceed $4,300 and should be calculated Pro rate basis.
