Error In Workspace when Mass Updating Objects

Issue Summary:

In update 24B, Oracle introduced Parent-Child relationships between fields. We’re now encountering a problem with the Region and Branch custom fields due to the order in which they were created and linked by eVerge (see ‘Steps to Reproduce Issue’ in the attachment). The issue arises because, in this case, the parent field is incorrectly overwritten by the child field, disrupting how these fields are updated in bulk.

Steps to Fix:

  1. Create a new sandbox in the app composer.
  2. Find the custom attributes for "Region" and "Branch."
  3. Uncheck the option "Include in Service Payload" for both.
  4. Publish the sandbox.
