Missing results for non ticket closers

HI all

I am created a report of my team, the report contains “SA”, “number of tickets closed” based on a date range.

The issue i am having is, I only get SA’s that have done at least on ticket with in the date range specified. SAs that didn’t  do tickets will not show up.

I have tried the two ways bellow with different results

Accounts.full_name alone gave me everyone in my team.
Examples
Just with  “Accounts.full_name”
SA
SA1
SA2
SA3
SA4

Once I added the date range of Incidents closed. The SAs that didn’t do any tickets didn’t show up.
