External Screen Pop Port Field Missing

Hi, I am looking to create a report that shows what values we currently have assigned for each agents External Screen Pop Port.

The field shows up in the Accounts (accounts) Table in the global data dictionary, but it does not show up in my available fields list when building a new report.

Column Label External Screen Pop Port
Column Description Specifies the port number the Oracle Service Cloud client will listen on for external screen pop requests.
Column Type Simple Field
Data Type Integer
Column Attributes Nullable

Several other fields are not available either, like Web Console Settings, Signature Seed...
