Redwood Change Working Hours Journey Spins and Spins

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

We are having a Redwood issue with Change Working Hours Journey as follows:

The user goes into the Redwood Change Working Hours Journey and clicks "Working Hours change for future start date" on the UI.

Then, for some users a screen displays on the right which just spins and spins.

Other users get a message regarding "If you have a future dated employee please…." on the same screen which displays on the right.

This has been occurring ever since implementing Redwood.

I have attached two screen shots showing what the users are experiencing.

Has anyone experienced this issue?
