When creating a Succession Plan through a quick action, the Job Grade field is not saving.
Summary:
When creating a Succession Plan for a specific worker using the "Job" Succession Plan Type, the Job Grade field does not save and appears blank upon review. This issue can be replicated by navigating to: My Client Groups > Show More > Create Succession Plan > Select a worker.
The absence of Job Grade information can lead to inaccurate succession planning, which affects workforce planning and talent management. Additionally, inconsistent or missing data could result in compliance issues, especially if job grades are required for regulatory reporting or internal audits.
