Ability to Integrate Oracle Cloud Benefits with EOI Vendor with the help of webservice

Hi Team

We have a requirement to integrate the Oracle Cloud Benefits Self-Service with EOI vendor such as MetLife with the help of webservice. So in a instances when employees need to complete a proof of good health on their site we would like the ability for us to provide them the necessary information immediately after an employee submits their enrollment which needs Evidence of Insurability. Currently we have a weekly integration to send the EOI information which is not the preferred solution.

Client was able to integrate the PeopleSoft with MetLife which gave a seamless experience to employees and avoided a separate integration. Has anyone achieved this feature in Oracle Cloud Benefits? Also, can we achieve this feature in Redwood UI?

Howdy, Stranger!
