Labor duration round up

Summary:

Through OIC integration service logistics getting debrief created. we are creating 2 labor charges one Labor charge (activity start time- end time) and travel charge (travel start time-activity start time). Oracle calculating labor charge correctly with round up to 2 decimals but its not doing same for travel charge. How labor item duration can be rounded up.
