default waive coverage in supplemental spouse life

Hello,

We have a requirement where when Divorce LE is triggered for employee he should be defaulted in waive coverage in supplemental spouse life

Currently i tried adding Default enrollment rule for waive coverage option in plan as current nothing- new assign automatically but it removes the waive coverage option for Supp Spouse life. I also tried keeping default enrollment formula as Assign on default but nothing happens when that is set.

So can somebody please help me with that. Thanks in advance.
