Expense Bulk Delegtion via Visual Builder

Summary:

We are trying to delegate expenses in bulk but it is not working when I follow the below steps via Visual Builder.

Bulk Delegation:

Step1: Download and install the Visual Builder Add-in for Excel.

Step2: Create a new layout: Click Designer to launch the New Layout Setup wizard

Web Address: InstanceURL/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/expenseDelegations/describe

Step3: Provide the details for Delegation and Upload Changes

i)          Name(Column C): Delegator Name

ii)        Name(Column D): Name of person to whom delegation is done

iii)       Person(Column E): Person ID* of Delegator

iv)       Person(Column F): Person ID* of person to whom delegation is done
