Checklist task notification to all AoR
Dear All,
We have multiple Checklist designed like Joining, Prejoining and Offboarding.
In each of the checklist, there are some tasks that to be done by different HR / Admin team. Those Teams will be groups of some 2-3 members and out of that anyone will take the responsibility of task and complete it.
We have configured those HR / Admin team as AoR and assigned the AoR to required multiple users.
The issue we are facing is,
- when the checklist task is assigned, the notification doesnt go to all the AoR members, it goes to any one. While task will be visible to all AoR users
