Advanced Collections Strategies and Tasks

Strategy Tasks do not reset to pre-wait status when the initial overdue invoice has been paid but newer invoices not yet due for collection have been raised.

Hi

We are currently working on Advanced Collections using Strategies. We collect at Account Level.

All our Strategies start with either a Manual Review or Manual Phone Call Task. A request has been proposed to start several Strategies with an Automatic letter instead of the current Manual Task.

However, there is potentially a blocker which might not make this a feasible option and the reason for the request for advice.
