Changes in Performance Template after initiating document

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have initiated Annual Appraisal performance document for all the eligible employees. Currently, under Self and Manager evaluation the system is calculating the Employee/Manager Overall Calculated Rating as the average of ratings from both goals and competency section as per the settings in the template. However, now the requirement is to fetch only the Goal's Calculated Rating as the Employee/Manager Overall Calculated Rating since goal section as total 100% of Weightage. Since the performance document is already initiated and is in progress, are there any feasible workarounds to adjust the calculation logic in the Performance template or do we
