Redwood Total Compensation Statement External Links in Descriptive Text not opening in a new tab

Summary:

We have enabled Redwood UI for Total Compensation Statement. We've also included links to external sites and deep links within Oracle which should open in a new tab. We are using the target="_blank" code which should open the links in a new tab. We were using this feature in Responsive UI and it was opening in a new tab but now with Redwood UI it opens in same tab. Anyone have any ideas as to why it's not working in Redwood?
