Can we limit the number of competencies selected in the Performance document by line manager

Greetings!

Problem Description: There is a requirement to establish a limit for adding/evaluating competencies during the manager evaluation in the Annual performance Document. However, the system configuration does not show an option to set this limit for the superior when adding competencies. Could You please Confirm how set the limit in the system.

Navigation: After Completion of Officer Self-Evaluation of Annual Performance Document for Superior Evaluation follow the Below Path

My Team > Performance > Click on PD name > Click on Competency section > Click on +Add

In one of the document (Google) we found we can able to set the limit for selecting competencies in the PD, we are attaching that as well. But we are unbale to configure that.
