Summary:

When requisition is restricted for a recruiter based on the Security Profile (Recruiting Type and AOR) then recruiter must not be able to see the name of that Job Requisition (Job application for the restricted requisition) when candidate applies to the restricted Job Requisition on the candidate details page.
