How to configure the Coverage set up for the plan when coverage should get decrease based on age

Hello Expert,

We need help to configure coverage when once employee achieved to certain age coverage amount should get decreased based on variable coverage profile.

Note :- The coverage amount is a fly amount given while enrollment window opens.
