How to trigger OIC or other integration from Fusion Service or Redwood?
Summary:
We have a requirement to show status of the Customer Location on Service Profile page for Customer Service. When an account has billing address on the Credit Hold, customer service would like to know it.
There isn't any REST API to retrieve billing profile for a customer site, so the only option is to get this information through SOAP API or Oracle Integration Cloud (or OTBI Report).
We would like to show this status by editing a section on Service Profile through VBS.
Is it possible to trigger standalone OIC integration or SOAP API from the Fusion Service or Redwood? If yes, reference to any documentation would be great.
