Provide Feedback page shows Access denied

Summary:

Dear Experts,

We want to enable the Provide Feedback feature from HR Specialist login and HR select the employee and select the person from whom the feedback needs to be taken. From the person login from whom we need to capture the feedback, once he clicks on Provide feedback the page shows 'Access denied'.

We have already provided the below roles to the employee custom, still the person is not able to view the feedback page. Please let me know in case of I ave missed anything.

Regenerated rants is also done still facing 'Access denied issue'
