Automatic Enrollments for Full Timers& Enrollment option for PT without Automatic Enrollments

Requirement is like Full Time Associate should get Automatic Enrollment to the Benefit Plan option on New Hire Life Event. For Part Timers when New Hire Life Event is ran,it should not give any automatic enrollments but they should have option to enroll in to the plan.

In our system,we wrote Automatic Enrollment FF to restrict Part timers and only allow Full Timers to get Automatic Enrollments.

Now the issue is Full timers are getting automatically enrolled to plan as expeceted,,but Part timers are becoming ineligible,,they can't even see the option to enroll.
