can we change current task from Manager Evaluation of worker to Employee Acknowledgment through HDL

can we change current task from Manager Evaluation of worker to Employee Acknowledgment through HDL but for only those where the current task stsatus is in Progress. We have a request from our client where they want to change the current from Manager Evaluation of worker to Employee Acknowledgment, but for only those where the manager has completed the task but not submitted the the document to share it with Employee. can we do this in bulk through HDL or HSDL
