Notification to Buyer When Purchase Requisition is rejected

Hello,

This is a request for an enhancement to the Purchase Requisition approval workflow to address the following two cases:

1- If the Purchase Requisition is approved: disable the approval notification sent to the requester.
2- If the Purchase Requisition is rejected: send a rejection notification to the requester.

Can you please assist on how to set this up?
