Guided Journey: Video Not Working When Added to the Journey

Hello,

We are using the Redwood UI and have added a video to the Guided Journey setup. While the video uploads successfully, it does not play when opened.

  1. Is there a specific media link format or type that needs to be used for videos to work correctly in a Guided Journey within Redwood UI?
  2. I have attached a screenshot showing the issue for your reference.

Your guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
