Customer number on service request creation ( redwood)

Summary:

How can we retrieve the customer number after selecting the account name while creating a service request?

Is it possible to display the account number alongside the account name in the account name drop-down list?

Since there are multiple accounts with similar names, it becomes difficult to identify the correct customer. Therefore, we have a requirement to select the account name by identifying it through the customer number.
