Getting error - when Line Manager try to submit assessment for their direct reports

in Performance Management

Hi,

When Line manager try to submit Performance document for Approval as next step, not able to submit. Getting below error. Current task for Performance document is 'Approval/Ready'.

Any help would be appreciated.
