Update Customer Account Site Properties via API

Summary:

Looking to update a field called "Demand Class" via API in Oracle Cloud. This field exists under the Account Site

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

In the UI I go to "Manage Customers" and click edit on the Ship-To site. I can see in the Site Details fields like "Demand Class", "Shipping Instructions", etc.

I'm looking to update this information via an API endpoint. I can do SOAP or REST. Either is acceptable.

I've updated other site related information via FoundationPartiesOrganizationService, but I don't seem to be making any headway figuring out. Sample payload is below.
