Will short numbers/codes work with two-way SMS in Recruiting/Recruiting Booster?
Summary:
Oracle documentation states "For two-way SMS communication to work correctly, you need to have a long code number that supports accepting incoming messages.".
I have only implemented this feature using a 10 DLC (long code number); however, on a call with Syniverse today, they said a short-code would work.
- Has anyone implemented the two-way SMS using a short-code?
- Is there any documentation I am missing that explains this?
Thank you for any input,
Jonathan
