Detailed Contact Editor Report

I'm looking to create or modify an existing report whereby I can see which agent has edited what and when on a contact record. The current report that is in use is the Contact Audit Log report, which is OOTB.

Unfortunately, it doesn't go into enough detail for what I would like to achieve. If the email address is changed, then the audit log will show Email changed and what it was changed to. If any other field is changed, First Name for example, then the audit log only shows Edited and From Contact Editor.

I would like to see when any of the fields are changed and when if possible, along with what it was changed from and to. I have included a screen shot of the fields in question if that is of any use. Note that Account Number and Username are custom fields.
