agent Should post the requisition link in Social media with agent name along with requisition name

Hi Team 

we have presented agent-candidate referral to the client, they requested this

 Present agent referral functionality we are following in ORC is 
  1. recruiter invites the agent to the requisition
  2. agent will create candidates Profile with basic info like First Name, second name email ETC.
  3. then the agent should submit the candidates to the requisition as prospect
  4. candidates will recieve job refere mail where candidates can apply for job
  5.candidate submit the application and recruiter can see agency and agent information in the source info 

Now expected functionality from client side is

  1. recruiter invites the agent to the requisition
  2. agent Should post the requisition link in Social media with his agent name along with requisition name(is it possible to have       unique link for requisition and agent name combination)
