Unable to view the Statement and Dunning Section in a customer Bill to Site

Hi Team, When we go to Manage Customers and search an account number and then we click on the Bill to Site of that customer and go inside the site but we are not able to view the Statement and Dunning Section inside the bill to site. Please help us in viewing that section as we want to setup Sending statements for that customer.
