Ability to customize Manage Personal Contribution button in My Compensation Page through VBCS

Hi Team,

We have requirement where we have to show "Manage Personal Contribution" button on My Compensation Redwood page based on specific role, so for the same tried through VBCS but there is no option/Attribute to personalize the button.

Also ,We have done the page personalization on Rui page in order to make sure the particular button should only be accessible if employee has Specific role, however, this personalization is not migrated in Redwood and we are not able to achieve the same though VBCS.
