Performance: Can we sort competencies in a specific order apart from alphabetical?

Hello,

Our client wants that the competencies defined in the item catalog to be displayed in a specific order in the performance document.

For example, in the item catalog we have competency A, competency B and Competency C.

The client wants that it should be displayed like that in the performance document:

Competency B, Competency A and Competency C.

Is this feasible?
