Performance and Goal management Notification

We have a requirement for one of the customers as below, any suggestions are helpful.

1.Customer wants to Send out notifications to employees to complete annual goals.

→ Under Talent notifications, we did not come across any alert for workers to complete the goals, so how can we achieve this.

2.Assign and notify supervisors/managers to complete check-ins quarterly.

• Under which configuration settings, we can achieve this requirement.
