Payment method Redwood page - Bank account showing "Not Linked"

Hi,

We are facing an issue where an employee is trying to attach the bank account to his PPM, but it is showing as "Not Linked." Due to this, they are not able to submit the updated payment method.

Do we have any solution for this?
