Journey Templates - Error response during RestAction

After turning on 24D Redwood profile for Journey Setup pages ORA_PER_JOURNEYS_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED, we are getting an Error response during RestAction when trying to edit or delete seemingly random Journey Template Tasks.

I have checked the 24D readiness document and I don't see any issues with our roles. We have our custom roles inherit the Journey Builder standard role.
This error happens whether you go directly into the Journey Templates page or go through the Journey Setups page. Some Tasks can be accessed without the error, and others get the error. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the Type or what role the task is assigned to.
