Hi - I am going here:
Receivables > Accounts Receivable > Tasks > Receipts > Create Automatic Receipts:
Enter details at top, then click into "From Transaction Number" field:
I can see e.g. Transaction Number 60437988 is available to select, but Transaction Number 60414366 is not.
- Both transactions have outstanding balance, and are Completed
- Receipt Method on both Customers = "Direct Debit"
- The Paying Customer Sites on both Transactions have:
- "Direct Debit" Receipt Method
- Active Bank Account
- Instrument Assignment for Bank Account is before Transaction Date
There was originally an issue with Transaction Number 60414366, so that I can see on RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL, the following are populated:
