Our client is asking for calculating the apportionment rates within the TRCS application for State level apportionment, they have operations in multiple states within the US including Texas Franchise Tax calculation and they are of the view that not only they need an input cell for apportionment rates, they want that the apportionment rate calculation which is based on different metrics and different formulas for different states/regions be done in TRCS ( apportionment rate calculation based on sales , payroll numbers etc.)
