Is it possible to date_group on weeks other than Sun - Sat?

Answer http://crm.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2116/ from RN's KB gives a few alternatives, but if I want to show multiple weeks from Friday to Thursday (specifically the report is to show the # of incidents opened by product's 2nd level), there isn't really a way within RN, is there?

 

The report needs to be sent on Friday to be included in the weekly management reports that are presented, so to have up to date information, the should always be Friday morning through Thursday night.

 

Thoughts?
