Performance Process for Blue Collar employees

Hi All,

Our organization has direct employees (Blue collar) and indirect employees (white collar) and currently, direct employees are not eligible (according to the eligibility profile) for the performance process in Oracle.

We would like to understand how other companies/customers handle the performance process for these employees using Oracle and not doing it offline.

The performance process/steps are different? Is it more simplified? If you could share some insights, it would be much appreciated!
