Activity Notifications / Custom From Address

Hello,

Our customer requires to use a generic - common email address for all out-of-the box email notifications(Task email notification/Appointment email notification) that are being sent via OSC.

Currently, notifications are sent from:

1. MYDOMAIN.fa.sender@workflow.mail.em2.cloud.oracle.com (default system address), or
2. The email address of the task owner.
Attached you can find the 2 mentioned cases.

For the second case, our customer has two specific requirements:
1. Use a generic, common email address as the sender for these notifications.
2. Modify the email body to include the owner's details (e.g., name, email).

Please let us know if these requirements are feasible and, if so, how they can be implemented.
